NOTES: We are not accepting any registrations for the following communities at this time: Baldwin, Chatham, Coweta, Effingham, Forsyth, Henry, Heard, McIntosh, Walton and White Counties. Any forms we receive for these communities will not be processed. Thank you.

1. When registering your child, if you do not wish to share your email address or do not have one please use ferst99@gmail.com as the email address.
2. Please enter your registration in all CAPs.
3. Please do not register your child more than once.  It takes up to 3 months for your child's first book to arrive. 
4. Please do not use this form for address changes.  Please send address changes to info@ferstfoundation.org.  Please include your child's name, your name, your previous address and your new address.
5. If you prefer to mail in your registration, please print and mail in a registration form.  Please click here for form.
6. There is a delay between the completion of your registration and the time when you can log on to the Imagination Library website. You will recieve two emails, one acknowledging your child's registration and the second notifying you that your login is active. Until you receive the second email, you will not be able to access the Imagination Library website.
